Native Planet Classic 2007

"The North Cascades highway is one of the most beautiful roads in the country. There is no way to ride the Winthrop-Ross Lake-Winthrop ride without support because there is no water and food along the way. The NPC not only makes it possible to do this ride through some of the most breathtaking scenery you'll ever see, they do it in style. The food was great. The volunteers were so positive and upbeat. And the SAG wagons were there if you need them. I can't recommend this ride enough."  -- Robert Toren

Tips on how to seek your pledges

You may seek pledges in the form of checks that could be made in the Name of “Native Planet” and that will be collected at the start of the event. Or an easier way for people with access to the internet, would be to collect your pledges directly online using Active.com.
Using email is surprisingly easy to approach your friends, relatives and co-workers to seek your pledges.
Some participants are successfully using the template fundraising page we created on Active.com. After setting up the template, they cut and paste the generic message into an email which they slightly customized with a link to the Native Planet website.

We would like to invite you to view the pages of two successful fundraisers: Eric Westphal and Jim Rothwell for an example of how they have customized their pages and efficiently used these tools to allow them to reach their fundraising goals.
