Thursday Hill Climbing Training Series: Preparation for NP Classic and the France Mountain Tours

Starting from Logboom Park, we use various hill climbing training loops. We start early season with gradual hills and add more and steeper climbs weekly as we get stronger. Because we often do the same base loops, cyclists can easily shorten the ride and skip hills to customize their training. All roads highlighted in yellow are possible shortcuts. On the later loops, many of the steepest climbs can be skipped allowing riders of various fitness levels to ride together. You can also view or print detailed sections to navigate through the loops on your own.
